Software Project Management

Leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the internal Ketchum P.R. team took initiative in service of our clients and developed the Ketchum U.S. Election Navigator, a platform designed to help clients analyze this political season by breaking down issues and helping communicators navigate relevant topics successfully. Providing a data-driven 360° view of the intersection of news, perspectives of potential voters, and what their key questions are across all 2024 major U.S. issues. As Project Manager, I worked to set timelines, keep all teams on track, and finalize the definition of requirements. Collaborating with analytics, earned media, DE&I, development, and creative teams to execute the project successfully and within timeline restrictions. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked on the Polk County Health Department Emergency Vaccine Response Team. Serving the largest concentration of Iowans in the state, our team quickly responded to the vaccine administration and rapidly changing regulations. As Project Manger, I onboarded two different software systems to facilitate a smooth and timely vaccine rollout. One was used to register, administer, and track vaccinations. The other was used to distribute vaccines and vaccination equipment to other clinics across the county. Through direct collaboration with developers, vendors, medical staff, and more, my team and I implemented the software in under two months. In my time at the Public Health Department, we vaccinated over 40,000 people and distributed vaccines to over 200 clinics.
